Artisans may change depending on Festival location/s. Imah pronounced "ee-mah" is Hebrew for mother. Baba, pronounced "baa-baa" is Yoruba & Islamic for father.
These artists worked during the DuSable Museum's Promenade Festivals and may have changed since that time;however, they are used on an on-call basis. We work with local, national and global artists.  Artisan pay varies according to sponsors monetary donations & artisans fees. All donations are tax exempt. We are a 501C3 Federally tax organization. 

All sales are tax exempt. We sell positive forms of Black and African art (Masks displayed for sale) from our Art Gallery. This includes our unique collection of Egyptian art/activities for children and adults!
